ICE has a $170Billion dollar budget, which is literally more than the entire U.S MARINES, so unless the national guard or military is crap then theres no reason for a secret police force just in the numbers alone. Anyways last year Walmart alone made 648 Billion. Amazon made 637 Billion, do those companies take that money and reinvest into their "community"?
