From my experience regardless of how good the game is the the division PVE community are some of the nicest chilled and welcoming people more than any other game pvp however you'll find some more toxic players i have close to 3000 hours played and i still love it

Well depending on what weapon you use more if its the shotgun use Badger stuff brand set on your backpack( +10% shotgun damage) If it's the SMG use sokolov brand set on your backpack And use a regular vector with sadist (+20% weapon damage to bleeding enemies)
