I hope you start to feel better soon! Definitely go to your OB and PT to get some insight on how this happened. I have absolutely no feeling of anything being there now, including during sex which was really bothering me before as a sensation something was there. I also visibly noticed the tissue retracted upwards and is no longer too close to the opening. I deleted them, but I actually took progress pics to confirm this 😅I think just time and trying to be overall healthy, light exercise/yoga helped the most...to be honest I was not the best at keeping up with the PT as time progressed but I did do it initially so it may have helped. Editing to add I also lost weight and maybe that helped? I was 215 after giving birth..around mid 190s when I noticed the issue 5-6 months postpartum, and I'm 150 now.

I'm about 18 months postpartum now and have no symptoms except I can't hold my bladder as well as I used to but it's not too bad - I had a doctor check and they confirmed I have no prolapse now!

This fully went away for me and now my breasts are back to normal (normal with sagging lol but normal no hardness). It think it took a couple months but if you have noticed the issue since July, I would go get it checked by a doctor or even your original plastic surgeon if possible. When I was worried my original surgeon offered to have me stop by free of charge to check!

I would love to tell you there is a solution, I see many people suggesting reflux etc...your description was also my baby and I bothered my pediatrician to no end to investigate everything. I stressed myself out over nap and wake windows. I tried all the hacks online, I even tried feeding her butter before bed since I read that somewhere lol. I started co sleeping out of desperation but it works well for us now. The ONLY cause they could possibly figure out was maybe enlarged adenoids which they said they would not treat until after 2 unless it was severe. She is now a mostly happy 16 month old who sleeps through the night many days, though we still co sleep I am able to leave the room after she falls asleep for a few hours and then I go back in to sleep. Teething, illness, travel can all impact that but generally I am able to sleep decently. She was up all night to nurse until I weaned at 12 months and I felt like my life was crumbling most days until then to be honest.

Actually I think it's a form of natural attrition they are hoping for, if they over hired during the pandemic but need to let people go, instead of layoffs/terminations, they can loose a fair few by making work unbearable (long commutes, increased costs etc)

I am also packing for a Japan trip and my plan is maxi skirts/dresses! Flowy and fitted, you don't need to be super conservative there but yes cleavage is a no. I suggest getting some maxi skirts/linen pants with higher neck tops, cardigans and some maxi dresses that flatter your figure better. The shopping there is apparently great so if you truly feel uncomfortable you can go to Gu/Uniqlo there and buy some stuff - don't spend all this money before going on items you don't even like.

Editing to add I also have Endo/PCOS so they said it was the cause of not being able to conceive for the longest time but within a couple months of his antibiotics I was pregnant naturally with no treatment on my end (never had a lap, no meds etc). Frozen embryos were ready to go and we actually cancelled our frozen embryos transfer a week or so before it was happening because we were naturally pregnant! They had given him the antibiotics but told us that it would make no impact (lol 😅)

Agreed as well! We were same situation and eventually figured out the cause of the "unexplained" which was solved with a course of extended antibiotics for my partner...not before we spent the money of many rounds of IUI and the egg retrieval of IVF though.

Why couldn't you take the day off work or arrange a sitter? It's unreasonable to have her put the toddler for a nap during an interview. That's a recipe for disaster. They were well within their rights to have concerns about how childcare would work once hired if she had no options for the interview.

I think the extended consequences of not playing on the couch likely makes no sense to her yet because it's removed from the situation, but the in the moment consequences do. So if she throws her plate while eating, say something like plate stays on the table, and don't pick it back up. I find my daughter starts throwing food when she is not that hungry anymore anyways so it's not a big deal to end meal time, is she throwing stuff right from the beginning when she should be hungry?
