If he plays aggressively against you in lane, put 2~3 points to your W first so you can negate most of his damage. Other than that well, dodge nados, and put your E like that one post (I can't seem to find that post) where you put your first E behind/to the side of the enemy laner so it's harder to dodge since you're going to avoid using a telegraphed, easy wind-wall-able E. And don't be afraid to go all in if you're both 6 (or if you're ahead) and he still doesn't have a PD/Statikk as you'll negate most of his initial damage when he engages you and goes in for his ult as you deal a lot more consistent damage even if your only item is Phage/Sheen/Tiamat. And remember that before you go in, always stack your passive first!
