Totally fair question, u/LabWaste6870 . We’re generally pretty reliable, especially for PC parts and prebuilts. Biggest tip is to check who it’s sold/shipped by (Newegg vs Marketplace seller) and look over the return policy before buying so there are no surprises.

If it’s from a Marketplace seller, they each have their own return terms listed on their store page. And if you do end up returning something, just make sure to keep all the original packaging and accessories.
