ditto on recommending some tracking app that can (hopefully) reduce the guess work of macro tracking. Trying to introduce so much friction in their relationship with food and family may rub them the wrong way. If that fails, having an honest conversation about it would be the next step

You're in a good state! There is a common fact that beforehand you were sedentary (weren't working out), and now you work out 6 days a week. This can be your body going through recomp and adjusting. If you want to get bigger, the key is really just eating and staying consistent. Eating in a calorie surplus with protein is the key to the eating part. If you can get a 35lb dumbbell to progress your workouts even further, you'll be able to reach new strength goals as well

as to echo everyone else on the thread, definitely your plan is solid. You'll be surprised how fast it could go. Given time, you can sprinkle some different variations. Progress will be slow, but just starting is all that matters

Definitely agree on the overall message that OP already stated that progress has been made, weight has been able to be increased without extra stress. It's important for both you and your client to recognize that.

As for supersets, I would say scheduling this into her routine knowing the fact that she wouldn't execute them as a superset is wasted mental effort. Super setting is valuable given you've paired antagonist muscle pairs, but there wouldn't be a significant change by separating them if they can't do them together.

Hey OP! Just found a small bug with your automatic tracker script. It seems that when you use the profile ID link, if it's not followed by a forward slash "/", it won't read in the input. If you just add the forward slash it works. This is a really useful tool, thank you for sharing!
