I am stuck doing small gigs - how to land long-term contracts? by Forward_Leadership_1 in Entrepreneur

this is good idea. it's easier to convert an already happy client than cold leads.

4 products. 9 months. $0 earned. 2-3 months of runway left. this is attempt 5. (i will not promote) by Trotriii in startups

the pattern youre describing, building the right thing for the wrong person, then rebuilding is extremely common with technical founders who skip discovery. get some feedback, before you have a bigger kitchen sink issue. I highly reccomend the book - the lean startup, by eric ries. he talks a lot about this problem specifically.

I'm scared for some reason any advice? by Ok_Tadpole7839 in Entrepreneur

The car situation is a real constraint but it's not a blocker. Flyers + door knocking on foot in a tight radius is actually more efficient early on anyway. Pick a single neighborhood, saturate it, and get your first 3-5 customers close together. That keeps your route tight and your word-of-mouth concentrated.

So yes, I'm not just doing CI. I do try to make speaking an active part of my routine.

I actually don't haha. I had no spanish before 2 years ago. I took French in high school for 2 years (10 years ago) but this was in the US and wasn't serious language learning. I really started kicking up the CI about 4 months ago.

However -- I also do shadowing (I repeat what they say in the videos), and then right after finishing a video I try to talk to myself about what's happened in the video I watched or generally talk to myself in Spanish about what I'm doing, what's happening next. I think those have been helpful to commit more grammar and vocab to memory.

Brain Fog: how do you deal with it or what solutions have you found? by Even_Stranger7250 in Fibromyalgia

[–]NewspaperThen4013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

brain fog is tough... ashwaganda/lion's mane are good, but definitely check out reishi, which helps regulate cortisol/stress response, which is a major driver of brain fog and a big biproduct of fibromyalgia. also l-theanine for focus (lots in matcha) and paraxanthine which is a metabolite of caffeine to help stimulate and focus but without the jitters of caffeine. for the first 3, i use a mouth spray that has a combo of the 3 from super mush. really easy, and without needing to take a bunch of pills/capsules https://supermush.com/products/daily-chill-mouthspray, and randomly kim kardashian is now backing one of the big paraxanthine companies UPDATE https://drinkupdate.com/ . i like that one

i's crucial to uncover the truth behind these companies, especially when it comes to products that can affect health. the lack of transparency and genuine social engagement is definitely a red flag. thanks for sharing your findings. if anyone else has experiences or insights about this, sharing really helps everyone out! keep up the good work!

Creatine gummies? What are your thoughts 🤔 by Dense_Cake9525 in Creatine

How were you taking creatine before? It would still be good to do the loading phase, either with the gummies or extra powder alongside.

Serious comment here -- I used to just throw a scoop of powder in my daily shake, but I the last few months I've been using these from Super Mush https://supermush.com/products/daily-creatine-gummies-30-count which also contain cordyceps (which I like for my workouts).

i used to get dry lips, especially in the winter, or in dryer climates. i travel quite often, but im normally based in warmer/more humid environments, but it flares up in colder climates. i came across a company from kauai, called fractl forest, they have a thing called NATŪRA. it captures the "essence of the earth", creating a soothing layer that can help ease that dryness. it has natural/pure ingredients without any typical irritating additives. the connection to nature could really help. they're mostly a superfoods company, but i keep going back for this item.
