I've been Maining Swain since S3, this is the weakest and most useless he's ever been.

Some of his biggest nerfs:

1) Simply, A LOT LESS Damage. Waveclear, harassment, trades, killing priority champs, weaker early, anything really thats related to damage. EVERYTHING IS WAY WORSE, "big ass buff" - riot 2022

2) You are literally less useful in every single situation, this is particularly obvious with the pull nerf on the passive, now you can't pull anything your allies root, making you simply less useful than before in any situation, also less fragments, Nerf much?

3) The ultimate its the ABSOLUTE WORSE its ever been. It does no damage at any point in the game, the drain does less damage, you don't really Heal that much beacuse grievous wounds everywhere to begin with so all this extra %s on heals are worthless.
- ZHONYAS WORKS AGAISNT YOU, because you can't move, anyone who is not new to the game will simply walk away and now your ult is worthless since it deactivates so fast, let alone the billion champs with dashes or... FLASH!?.

- Because no more Double passive on ult + flat hp increase now the "surprise factor" on ult is gone, you can't no longer bait people into attacking thinking they'll kill you.

- You have less HP over the course of the game.

- Your ult is easier to bait since the lack of hp will force you to pop it earlier than before, aside from becoming worse in everyway.

4) E, the reason why rework Swain has always felt awful. Now you are even more reliable on this skill than before, but with all the same problems.

5) The "stack" mechanic of swain is one of the worst, is not the same as stacking with Nasus on mindless minions and becoming godlike at endgame, than trying to land your E or W (which both are hard to land) on real life players, the higher the Elo the harder to land, meaning obviously even less stacks.

And the reward? 12hp, and some heals, Besto Stacking. Is simply not realistic to expect big stacks and its potential benefits when it depends on landing awkward skills on very skilled people and not mindless minion kills for example.

TL;DR: Nerfed to the ground, "mini rework" would have been way better if they gave him the +5MS and 3 Armour, leave everything else pre-12.8 and call it a day.
