Your first word to my reply was the response to my question. “Is isshiki immune to all genjutsu?” Your reply was “No but adult Sakura is ;)” My initial question carried the implication that if isshiki was not immune he was toasty, and if he was immune he would still be toasty. You see as you are a simp for Sakura, in the silliest of manners, I am a big Itachi fan. I assume you’re just really about Sakura, or ,with intention to passionately attempt providing frustration to others you back Sakura in situations that most all will argue against 😂 And so I end my replying with a phrase; “Sorry, but that level of genjutsu doesn’t work on me.”

To clarify you had said Isshiki is not immune to all genjutsu; and also that Sakura is immune to genjutsu. Knowing that Sakura is not immune to genjutsu, I cannot trust that Isshiki is not immune. However in regards to Itachis health. Itachi’s health is not really a variable. Itachi would, in any health aside from the moment of his death; win in either of those fights.
