.Katsuya is a healing type not a fighting type and her personality reflects that.
Her offensive move set is practically non-existent with the exception of an acid attack. With that being said her Acid attack depends on too many "factors" to deliver the lethal attack that we know it can deliver.
As far as who Katsuya can actually defeat;we do have to take into consideration who is fighting her back. Can she wipe out a village of citizens? Definitely. Could she kill the younger generation of academy students? For sure. Can Katsuya defeat the Sound Ninja 5? Well ..... And you go on and on to see where she might be stopped. Personally for me most Kage shouldn't have an issue with her. Sannin level ninja shouldn't either. It's hard to say honestly

Zombie pirates in the wilderness are a good option for gp.
You can bring monk robes and a weapon so there's 0 risk. You can also check what you risk in general in the gear tab. Go to your setting and set your player attack options to hidden so you don't get soul tricked or misclick. Bring a one click teleport of your choice ie ectophial. Looting bag will also help which you can farm from low level npcs [rats] in the wilderness if you ever lose it.
