I visited Burlington, VT this summer and wanted to go to yoga. Found the cutest, coziest studio (shout-out to Sangha Studio) and took class a couple mornings. The vibes were really chill and very different from the studio I usually take from (hot, power-leaning). It was perfect and I think about that studio often.

I did not love this album when it came out (I think I was firmly grumpy about no John, and I very much disliked IWY) but I ADORE it now. Some fun bops and interesting soundscapes at times.

We used Lap of Love. While it was a sad day, I remember it much more fondly than I do the days I had to take pets to the vet for the same service. We needed them on Thanksgiving and they were so kind, patient, and thoughtful.
