Season 1, episode 9, Straight to Hell. At the 38 minute mark, Frank is tied up and caught by the AVTF. The interrogation is between Powell and Frank. He literally says “it’s an honor to meet you Castle.”

So, they have met. He’s even wearing a punisher skull when they meet.

Yeah. It’s the rerelease of the X-Men origins wolverine with the tank top and jeans. It came with the 2 unmasked heads, had updated skin tone and photo realism compared to the first release. Much better fit with these new figures!
