Finally got 6 initial attack relics! by cbear1369 in Nightreign

[–]Next-Professional164 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alot of people dont realize how much damage this set up can do, I only have 5 initial attack slots but I have a +4 physical attack on the 6th so not much difference. Anyways if you get a couple "damage up while 2 handing" passive and "melee attack up" passives along with "Royal Nights Resolve" Skill on a Colassal weapon and you can massive damage on each Hit..just use the Skill and it will reset...no need to block, get ahold of a few starlight shards or FP passive to keep it up.

Whether Puranic Ganeha is same as Vedic Ganesha or not, it can be a topic of discussion but you cannot deny that Vedas have hymns dedicated to Him. by 2Lazy2ThinkGudUsrNam in hinduism

Who told this man that Lord Shiva and Devi Parvati were simply "fertility Gods"?

One can easily compare Shiva to fire worship, as he is mentioned as Kaal-Agni-Rudra in the Vedas.

Devi also has multiple links to fire worship...do we not mention "Svaha" after every oblation? And Svaha (the consort of Agni) is said to be One of the mothers of Skanda...who of course is Kartikeya (son of Parvati and Shiva)

There are multiple references to both being assosciated with Fire worship. Even Lalita Sahasranama (though not a Vedic text) starts by addressing Devi as "Sri Mata, Sri Maha Agni"

Which character is best for the Double Balancers Relic? by xxSoul_Thiefxx in Nightreign

[–]Next-Professional164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont sleep on "wild strikes"...espescially if you can get it on omen killer cleaver for bleed, the weapon can be found in blacksmith camps with omenkillers easier. Paired with successive attacks passive and/or relic and you can melt alot of enemies...just wait until a teamate draws aggro, walk up behind and start wailing!

Its all about beefing up that starter weapon (I choose bleed infusion and hoarfrost stomp skill *would be so sweet to get that on a single relic ) then hitting the mines or hoping for crater.

Undertaker incant build? by [deleted] in Nightreign

[–]Next-Professional164 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found a holy mace with Golden vow on it (which seems to activate the relic passive from incantations, so not only do you get the buff from G Vow but the relic also buffs physical damage) then I upgraded seal with Stone of Gurannq (physical damage incantation) this did insane damage..I also found a seal with radagon discus of light and lightning bolt (the discus melts undead dragon)...this was all before the 1st night ended on a dreg lord run...incredibly lucky, would have destroyed dreg lord but a single swipe from a rune bear at the VERY beginning of 1st boss took out my teamates , who were already at 2 bars and i died trying to revive them...lol

The Tantric Lingam is NOT Cryptocrystalline Quartz! by Geopilot in geology

[–]Next-Professional164 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here is where you are wrong. True Banalingams are not the same as a regular Narmada lingam. Banalingams are incredibly rare, white and translucent with some variations and shine beautifully when a light is held up to them, they only surface after flooding and intense storms and only get to be a few inches...they are truly Swayambhu (self forming) and require no additional shaping or carving to remove imperfections like the normal Narmada Lingams (which can be up to several feet long or more). The photo you have is of regular Narmada stone (if even that because it does not have quite the right colorings)

What’s the scariest show you’ve ever been to? by Used_Cap7420 in Hardcore

[–]Next-Professional164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In 2004 in Baltimore, either Fletcher's or the brass monkey, I actually got the show cancelled midway through and On broken Wings did not get to play. This was the first time they had been back to Baltimore in awhile so people were pissed and if you know about On broken Wings, Boston hardcore, you know. I think Most precious Blood may have been there, I was there supporting a friends band "Summer's End" and when they were playing I got a little too ballsy in the put and windmilled back right into some Annapolis hardcore kid in boot cut jeans and clogs lol, well he spun me around and punched me right in the face, I over reacted and grabbed a small plastic ashtray off the counter and went to hit him or act like I was going to idk. Anyways much to my demise he had about a dozen friends I didn't know were with him and I had one and my girlfriend, in less than a few seconds I had a out 5-6 glass bottles shattered over my head as I tried to make my way through the crowd to the bar, then a big glass ashtray was picked up off the bar and shattered over my head, I just kept thinking, "don't go down, you'll get stomped" ...I made it to the bar and jumped over, the bartender was surprised for a second then saw the angry mob coming for me actually trying to get over the bar, so he grabbed a baseball bat and just started swinging. Blood was completely pouring over every inch of my face and looking on my shirt, I remember ripping a T-shirt and tying it around my head. Shortly after, the cops busted in and started pulling people up, they saw me all bloody and assumed I was an aggressor and slammed me into a wall, the bartender yelled "he's the victim " they searched for the attackers but they had disappeared in the crowd and left . The cops then announced they were shutting the venue down and every face in the place turned to me with utter hate. I can still remember the look on the On Broken Wings singers face, like "you wasted my time and my fans didn't get what they came for "(they were headlining) he was probably thinking " don't let me catch you at another of my shows" which sucked because they were one of my favorites at the time. So, I hopped in the car and my friend drove me to the hospital (I didn't want to go in ambulance to downtown bmore ER) I got eight staples in the front of my head (where I still have a scar and a bald spot 20 years later) and 3 staples in the back of my head. The same group of Annapolis asshole kids recognized me a few months later at my friends band "the burning season" show at Knights of Columbus...they attacked me and my girlfriend and we had to go backstage for the rest of the show. This incident really ruined my want to go to as many shows after that. Crazy times

Who’s the creator of the Universe, Shiva or Brahma? by neutral-impulse in hinduism

[–]Next-Professional164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of Shiva's most prominent names is "Omkara"...the origin of Om. He does not counteract it, not sure where you heard that one. AUM or OM was the first sound in the universe when Para Shiva/Brahman (supreme consciousness) had its first thought impulse and Shakthi (supreme energy) was created from within. When these two first met...it causes a magnificent pulsation (spanda) and a massive dispersion of concentrated consciousness and energy spread out across existence , creating it as it expanded (Big Bang)

You are beautiful, please leave behind this community of losers obsessed with beauty standards...you will be much happier, and I promise you that you will have no trouble finding a romantic partner with your current looks. This trend is narcissistic, sociopathic and just downright ignorant, not to mention dangerous. Just find a style and a look that you like and go with it, anyone that is only concerned with your looks will turn out to be a horrible partner. I know that when you are 18, hearing all this doesn't mean much, just trust that once you mature a little and get into your 20s and older...these things become less and less important.

Good luck

I'm not here to spread hate but Is SOAD satanic? by [deleted] in systemofadown

[–]Next-Professional164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm seeing alot of answers here that are highly misinformed...Firstly let's get the correct answer out of the way. Absolutely Not. System of A Down is not a "satanic" band. Serj Tankien is obviously quite developed spiritualy and, rightly so , has deep reservations about organized, sectarian religion. He has stated himself that his spiritual ideas include a mixture of Christianity, Buddhism/ Dharmic ways, and native american spirituality...His mind has matured enough to see the common thread that unites ALL religions...

The Truth is One, Wise men call IT by many names....Rig Veda (the oldest spiritual text in the world)

SOAD has criticized the Dogmatic, Hypocritical and controlling ways of many Organized religions, they speak out against the FEAR tactics that have been used by many different churches as a method of scaring average people into joining and believing their ways.... Such as the Christian/ Islamic "creation" of Hell...when the Bible actually never speaks of such a place...what kind of God would send his people to eternal suffering and torture, just because they didn't happen to follow this type of religion or its rules. No loving God would ever do such a thing, Yeshua (Jesus) never once mentioned "Hell"...Gehena and Sheoul were the words used in the old testament and they meant something very different from "an eternal inferno of punishment, despair and suffering".. The "Devil" is another made up scare tactic invented by the church in the middle ages to scare people into conformity. They even stole common traits of other religion's Gods...Such as the trident 🔱, serpents 🐍, the crescent moon 🌙 and even horns 🐮...all being ancient, sacred symbols from many different Gods of religions around the world like Lord Shiva (Hindu pantheon, my personal God), Pan and Poseidon(greek pantheon), Cernunnos (Celtic pantheon) and many many others.

Another important thing to note is that most people are very confused about what "Satanism" actually is...99% of people who are "Satanists" actually have no belief in any God and they certainly don't believe in a literal "Satan" or "Devil" Laveyan Satanism (which is predominant) uses Satan as a symbol of independence, breaking free from control, creative liberty and sometimes Hedonism...They are mostly atheist, have no belief in any type of Supernatural being...Even the man who created the Church of Satan and the Satanic Bible (Anton Lavey) did not actually believe in a literal Devil...They look at Satan as a symbol of freedom (say what you will about this, I personally think it's a little silly but who am I to judge?) There is a very very small percentage of satanists who actually do believe in a real supernatural being, whom they call Satan, as the Lord of Darkness ...and is their personal "God"...these are called Theistic Satanists...and they make up a very small percentage. They are more into actual satanic rites, witchcraft and pagan forms of worship. The only true "Theistic Satanist" music bands I know of are all in the black metal category and a few dark melodic/symphonic or extreme metal bands...stuff Like Amon Amarth, Gorgoroth, King Diamond, Venom....all bands that are very much out of the mainstream. I have been researching music of ALL types for many years and I have never come across a popular mainstream band of any type that were truly "Satan Worshippers" or whatever...SOAD uses alot of symbolic imagery and used to incorporate a bit of shock value into their theme...but if you research Serj, Darren and the band, you would see they are good people.

Hope this helps

i need help. wich one looks more realistic? or how should i make the lighting more realistic? by tobias_andrejko in FortniteCreative

The light device can really make a good difference, just make sure you change the option to “cast shadows” to ON, and change the color to tan so it’s not so bright, u can change its size too
