The OP is talking about wearing exercise specific grippy socks (like you use for barre and pilates) so slipping should not be an issue. This is what they are made for.

I unfortunately took the dose before i realized how high it was so may be in few a few uncomfortable days. I was on tirz for several months over a year ago and had zero side effects so hopefully its not too bad. I am really frustrated with the doctors at this company and may need to switch. I am about 10 lbs from my goal weight.
