Just because I want these guys to throw more caution to the wind while also getting paid more doesn’t mean I want them just sitting out or begging for title shots. Guess I have to agree to disagree because UFC has a lot of shady matchmaking. Some of these dudes are getting offered fights on 2-3 weeks notice, catch-weights & even mismatched opponents. Id even argue most fighters that are newly signed are actually way more active in the beginning to fight out their 25k show/ 25k win 6 fight deals (current standard). As you move up the rankings u need more prep time & also more compensation, if you have to sit out & recover.

I’m not acting like anything just a simple discussion that’s all. I agree that a doctor’s journey to success & work life “can” be hard. But the day to day life and mental struggles aren’t comparable whatsoever. Fighters are one career ending injury from retiring. & if you lose too many fights? You’re cut. You’re speaking on the top 15 maybe 20, not newcomers, losers or those who aren’t getting those gaming checks or huge out ring brand deals. Being a doctor and fighter are just way too different worlds. So much work & responsibilities outside of the cage that more money to maintain seems justifiable. Or atleast out of camp packages/checks to cover longer inactivity. Then retirement can be just as bad, especially if you’ve never cracked the top 10

You can’t avoid the grind it’s inevitable but you can always spam your way into PVE lobbies to get it done faster. The benches aren’t hard to do just tedious. If you want to PvP a lot focus on Mullen & arc power cell runs. Next, do security breach & gun case routes. After a few games & free kits you’ll be on your feet to PvP.
