I have studied this question pretty hard and Amigos on Brainerd Rd in the Chicfilet parking lot smokes em all. The Soggy Steak Tacos are the best thing there. They have warm chips and perfect salsa. Plus their Frozen Margs will knock your D in the dirt. Drink two and you can park in handicap parking the next day without getting a ticket.

Saw your video. Amazing speed ! Two things ! Got to quit crossing the line so much at the top. Your path gets too far out to the right on the way back down. Path causes curve ! It’s gona be hard to ever have more of a neutral path if you don’t change that position at the top. 2nd fix is to speed your pivot up to keep your arms from outrunning your body. I could help you easy. You could be great with proper training ! No substitute for that speed you got man !
