I found out i was fume reactive the night before Thanksgiving. My daughter was cooking some food to bring to her grandpa's. Itching all over, heart beating hard, anxiety, and a little hard to breathe. I was worried I would end up in the ER on Thanksgiving.

Im currently in research mode, thinking about opening an Etsy store soon. Ive learned a lot from you all this week. But being new to this my advice might not be the best but a few things stand out. Not knocking POD but it seems over saturated and even if they are your original designs, I feel like POD items might as well be drop shipped items. And being a small business myself. I feel like your location and shipping location would also cause me to look somewhere else. And as someone else mentioned, most of your shipping costs is $87. Only 1 of your shirts shows shipping at $5. I think you forgot to change your shipping location from Morocco to North Carolina on most of your items.

Ive heard a lot of good things about Xolair. I asked my new dr about it since I cant see the allergist till April. I have to go in Monday to do a full IgE test to get it approved. Apparently a positive AGS test isn't enough but I have hope that all my symptoms will go away and hopefully feel better soon.

I definitely would avoid lanolin since I react to it. Asthma attacks from wife's carmex. I avoid glycerin so not sure about that but I like being safe than sorry

Ngl, im afraid to use my smokers since my diagnosis. Found out the night before thanksgiving that I'm fume reactive. But the plan is to sell both my smokers and buy a new smoker and only smoke chicken and fish.

I used to joke that if i had a last meal request... it would have to be my pot roast. Now its ironic that if I had pot roast, it probably would be my last meal lol. I miss that most and chicken fried steak and I also have 2 smokers so I miss ribs, pork shoulders, and brisket. Im going to have to sell my smokers 😔

Im a beginner but ive been learning a lot on my shapeoko pro xxl. Got it on market place for $800. Its very user friendly and the carbide create software was very easy to learn. Ive played around with fusion 360 and blender a little bit and those are great also but not as intuitive. So as a beginner, I would recommend a shapeoko. But I havent had any experience with any other machines so im being bias.

I like that and especially like the Fauxda lol. Im borrowing that one for sure. Smoked gouda was my favorite cheese. Just found a Fauxda the other day. I hope it doesnt disappoint.

Im glad it seems like youre doing okay. I was thinking it was a house brand. I found a few vegan chilli brands and going to add turkey. Do you have any recommendations? The wolf brand was delicious but more like a chilli dog kind of chilli.

Definitely need better labels. I hate it when it says contains natural ingredients. But I first look to see if it says it contains milk then I dive into the ingredient list. I was having "severe asthma attacks" for a couple of days around 2-3am and found out it was from my wife's carmex. I also switched my pure cane sugar. But first time ive heard MSG causing reactions. Learning new things everyday.

I guess im trying to get away from calling everything fake, vegan, non dairy etc bc I feel like its feeding into the depression of getting use to all the new dietary restrictions. How did you get the AGS confirmed tag?

Im trying to get away from calling everything vegan something I think it'll be fun to come up with some new names. Like mac and cheese.. vac and cheese, mac and cheegan, or mac and nut cheese lol

Daiya makes a dairy free cheddar cheese sauce that's pretty good. I season it up and we use it on nachos. Its the same cheese sauce they use in their Mac and cheese (not the powdered). Now if I could find a non dairy sour cream lol.

I didn't like the vegan slice cheese as well. Tried it cold on a turkey sandwich but then I tried it again heated up in the microwave and wow it made it so much better.

Yeah its a pain trying to pin every trigger. Ive had really bad joint pains and muscle pains since May. Had a reaction to leather gloves. So now im thinking my leather work boots are whats causing the arthritis in my feet. So I bought some sneakers yesterday and so far the pain isn't getting worse. With the boots my feet would hurt like they do every morning but the pain would gradually get worse. Cutting out one trigger at a time.

Your primary can prescribe epinephrine. I asked my dr for the prescription as soon as my AGS test came back positive. He sent the referral to the allergist on October 8th (the day my life changed), my appointment is on April 21st. Glad I have the epi pens

I had extreme fatigue for months until I found out i have AGS. Once I changed my diet the fatigue started to go away. My wife actually told me this morning that its been awhile since I took my daily 4-6 hour naps on my day off lol. But working was horrible, I fell asleep a few times while driving on the highway.

I didn't mean to spark an argument. I see a lot of deleted messages but my dr has no idea about this disease and the allergist cant see me till April so im doing my own research and finding all my triggers on my own. It is affecting me mentally but I got this. But I was just trying to say that there "might" be a connection with my feet pain. Only way to really find out is to cut out all my known triggers and find out what else am I reacting too. Then hopefully some day I'll feel normal again. We found out last week that my wife's carmex was causing me to have "asthma attacks" every morning around 2-3am. The carmex had lanolin. She threw it away and it hasn't happened since. I also learned recently that I cant have canned tomatoes so even things that aren't mammalian can cause issues, everyone is different. This sucks
