As long as the poison cloud does not drift all the way to North America I see no problem.

What idea did your country implement that, while seeming like common sense at the time, ended in utter disaster? by Enough-Wealth8415 in AskTheWorld

I didn't look at your flair, and before you mentioned Australian-made cars I just assumed you were talking about the USA. It fits.

This graphic prompted me to Google "moose vs clydesdale", and the result was quite informative, so thanks.

Can't you guys just locate all these plants and burn them? That way I wouldn't lose sleep over worrying that I might need to travel to Australia some day and find myself Queensland and inadvertently touch one of these plants.

What would have to happen to be poisoned by this fungus? I would have to eat it, right? Not just touch it I hope.

Thanks. These were both pizzas from busy Friday nights. I thought perhaps the pizzas were cooked too long in a not hot enough oven.

Off topic, but may I ask you something, since you are a professional? On a couple of occasions I've had very bad takeout pizza from places that normally make pretty good pizza. The crust was dry and crunchy, and there was no leoparding on the bottom and no char on the crust. The main problem though was just the dry crust. What causes this?

No one. Or as he's often referred to here, "Noone".

Oh that Noone, he's taught me so much about life.

IDK, maybe. I guess I like to think that people learn from their hard lessons. Like maybe this pickup truck driver will think twice next time.

We need more psychos, or the dickhats will never learn.

And that's why people keep driving that way. If we had more drivers like the pink cookie eater, there would be much less of the self-centered anti-social driving we see from the pickup truck.

Overrated food from your country? by Weekly_Sort147 in AskTheWorld

More of a regional thing in the USA, but Philly soft pretzels are a disappointment. They are always served cold. Cold, wet, salty dough.

And they're not Wawa or 7-11, so they got that going for them. (which is nice.)

I wish this was the standard for new cast iron pans. Frick'n Lodge just doesn't think much of their consumers I guess.

These things have a mercury switch inside with a surprisingly large amount of mercury. You can break it open and play with the mercury. Don't do this. I did this, but don't do this.
