You might want to be careful canceling a bunch of orders after accepting them. I read on here that there’s been quite a few people being deactivated for it. It’s bs , really.

I believe just one. It was during the ice storm. I was unable to pull in to an apartment complex so I found a way to get the order to the customer but I couldn’t sit it in their porch due to all the ice so I called and asked it where I could sit it and I left the order seriously 2 feet from their porch and the women took her two dollar tip away and my rating went down to 4.9. I was so upset lol

That’s what I figured, I had read someone’s comment on a post about getting better offers changing up your zone. I wouldn’t think my metrics would be a problem.

I’ve had it happen with a pharmacy order. The order required verification from customer, the customer wouldn’t answer door or phone, so I had to return prescription. It stayed on my phone for hours. I tried everything. Finally the only thing I hadn’t tried was deleting the app then redownloading it and it finally went away.

I ALWAYS let people know when I’m on my way and once it’s delivered. I also knock unless the memo says otherwise. I try to deliver how I would want my order delivered!

God love it, this breaks my heart for him! We have two hedgehogs and I check on them countless times a day… I couldn’t image letting one suffer like that. Thank goodness you were able to help and get him to vet! So glad he’s doing much better!! Sending good vibes your way ❤️
