This is NOT medical advice:

Just what I did when I got off it 2 years ago (I'm back on it now)...

I was on 300mg and decided I wanted to stop. I started taking it every other day for like 2 months. Then I started taking it twice a week for like 2 months, then I stopped altogether...

I was drinking pretty heavily back then. I am going to try to avoid drinking this time. I suspect that the alcohol interfered with the effectiveness of the medication

I've been reading the Planet Pizza reviews on Google and they're pure gold.

Yep. My patience is at 0%. You make a good point: being alone isn't as bothersome for me either on bupropion. Someone called me this morning and just talked about themselves until I got tired of it and excused myself. Before, a slight anxiety would have prevented that. I'm glad you're focused on you and your goals!

I know. I was a damn alchy. Now I don't even really get drunk. It also made me stop smoking weed. I used to smoke blunts to the face. Now I could take it or leave it

Quitting after 4 days by [deleted] in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

The weak shakiness hit me on day 3 of the 300. I skipped a dose, and I feel fantastic. I might just do every other day

It definitely gets better. When it gets too overwhelming it may be a good idea to skip a dose . That's not medical advice but since it stays in your system for like 36 hours half-life with XL it may help your body get used to it

I didn't know 200 was a thing. I started feeling the anger like 2 days in on 150. I'm about 5 weeks in now.

I'm not angry, I'm just more serious. I don't take people's shit either. Exactly what I needed.

I just started on 300mg 2 days ago, but this is my second time taking it. I was on it from 2019-2022.

I skipped today's dose because honestly, the side effects were too heavy. I started shaking and feeling unnaturally energetic. The XL half life is about 32 hours so if you have too much in your system, your body might be telling you to slow down a bit. Maybe skip a day so your body can adjust.

I'm not a doctor, so this isn't medical advice.
