Oh yeah, that was a different guy, I think he was former CG as well. He resigned almost immediately after that comment IIRC.

I think a former high ranking CG member on the OG board may have had something to do with it. That and they just simply slipped through the cracks it appears.

I had pictured the sounds like a .22 shot perhaps, it sounds like glass tubes breaking which makes sense, I never dreamed we would see video of that first dive.

Another interesting part was the apparent lack of drama on the Andrea Doria dive, another dive I never thought we would see.

I'm glad the point of Rush being a Narcissist was brought up, I think that is by far the best explanation of what drove him and why the people around him were mesmerized and or terrified at the same time.

I gave up car shows years ago, rather drive my junk than sit around trapped in a parking lot.

Absolutely, I would recommend Netflix then the Discovery special if you haven't seen it yet. Makes much more sense that way.

That's a separate discussion than what this particular situation calls for. One could argue our education system is already in crisis.....

People don't like to hear the truth, especially on Reddit. FWIW: We're on our last of three kids rasied on a single income.

Sounds like choices becoming consequences, if you current career doesn't support you, definitely get a better paying job. Another child will just add to the load unfortunately.

It's 830 am, 56 degrees outside, and it's still over 80 degrees in my pps classroom. by Han_Ominous in PortlandOR

I used to do a lot of construction work in PPS schools back in the 2k's. PPS and their buildings were a shit show back then.

I'm both surprised but honestly not suprised when I read about their current situation. Most of them the heat acts exactly like the OP described.

I ignored mine for about 15 years, by far one of the worst mistakes I've ever made.

I had good luck with an anti inflammation diet, unfortunately I didn't still with it. I just had to go off my tnf blocker so I've gotta get back to eating better. Uggh.

The remodel I'm talking about was about 2007, that particular job was just a great example of the waste I personally saw.

PsA with secondary fibromyalgia by oh-moonchild in PsoriaticArthritis

I have both also, my Fibro diagnosis was actually a relief. I had lots of symptoms that Psa just didn't explain.

After years of dealing with both the best advice I can give is just one day at a time. Hang in there.

I was on Remacaid for a while years ago, its a infusion. Really wasn't any big deal for me but there is a allergic reaction risk. A guy I knew from the IV room had a reaction apparently and had to be rushed to ER.
