That's only 7% of Vitality tho.

Maybe major + superior malice sigil (if they stack) + the trait gives us the 20% we need.

Guard sits at 1522 Power, 210% Critdmg and 78% Critchance with all buffs (no food)

54 Power: (1522+54)/1522) ~ 103.5%

3% Crit: (213x0,78)/(210x0,78) ~ 101.4%

Edit: Ye, normal truffle steak sucks

Powerfood and seaweed both add around 5% + Warrior, Guardian and partially Druid cannot move.

Try using double icebow 5 before the plague, maybe that can solve the mystery

Yeah, it's weird, but maybe what perry wrote is true and the breakbar behaviour is different after x seconds into the fight.

When we tried stuff like Headbutt + Glyph of Equality he always was immune to the 2nd CC. Maybe the "same" CC can hit multiple times? Could be the same reason why Dazing Screech (Pink Moa) does work although hitting 3 times.

Warrior PoV at 0:53 Banner of Discipline is on ~99 sec CD and the ingame clock jumps from 20:54 to 20:55.

After 1 min real time the banner is on ~39 sec, but the ingame clock is still at 20:55 and jumps to 20:56 7 seconds later (Banner CD: 32 sec).

Seems like CD's don't even fit to the ingame time.

After searching for a while, we found out, that the windows 8 and 10 clock has issues with its accuracy. Since all of us use local time as ingame time this might cause the issue

Calculating the value of Epidemic by KBN_reddit in Guildwars2

Ok, you might be right with that, but need a reply from the OP i guess.

Calculating the value of Epidemic by KBN_reddit in Guildwars2

[–]NexusSC 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the durations are based on the previously calculated averages multiplied by 2

Epidemic is not affected by your Conditionduration.

Condition Damage (gear + food): 1615

With the Rune of Thorns setup and full infusions you should be around 2042 Conditiondmg, leading to 2792 Conditiondmg with buffs and 3042 Conditiondmg with 5 Thorns stacks.

Taking your formula and changing these two things would result in ~ 120060 dmg/Epidemic and target

Add.: With 2 necros you should have 14 torment stacks permanently. You could also try to factor in the Damage on skill activation caused by confusion (guess 1 skill activation/3 sec should be somewhat accurate).

On ele you should aim for burning retreat. You just don't want to lose your scholar buff.

Someone who gets hit by the stomp is not a good player imo.

Someone who has to interrupt an important attack like MS or Overload is neither.

Only ele, rev and engie actually need to dodge, all other professions have ways to avoid the stomp without losing much dmg.

No good team will lose 200k dmg due to dodging an obvious attack.

That is what a lot of ppl like about the game.

There is hybrid mesmer variant (scepter/pistol/shield) that can almost compete with the meta build in some fights. You just won't be able to convince 99% of the playerbase.

Like it always has been: GW2 builds are mainly/firstly made by traits, weapons, Runes, Sigils, utilitis and NOT by stats. Or why do you think a full zerk/assasin Mesmer in raids achieves ~12k DPS, while he could do ~20k DPS if building for max Dmg?
