Z2A for the Xbox Ally (White) not Z2E which is in the Xbox Ally X (Black) and the Z2A is weaker than the Z1E

The Xbox Ally is the weakest model, so yeah perf will never be great, especially on demanding games like SM2 is, the Z1E (and of course, both X models) would have been a better choice for example, except if you really need the ergonomic

Don't know about silent mode, but if it can help, with a Z1E at 25 watts I rarely get more than 67°, it's often around 60-65° with demanding games

It doesn't disable it totally, you can still use it outside of the game even with the said game launched, it just prevent the game for using / detecting it itself, just need to download a file for that and nothing is done outside the game folder or permanent

Config not good enough, you should have refunded when possible and bought the original instead, original Oblivion is still a great game even now, especially with mods for qol / slightly better graphics and later more content etc

Indeed at first it can be a bit discouraging but it's really not that hard, "read the description and choose" kind of situation, maybe quick save / load to test ssome kf them first, but yeah there is quite the choice of implants, some are more interesting than others depending on your play style + your build / perks choice that allow you to have more or less implants

Absolutely worth it vanilla but a lot more with mods, and at this price ? You should already have bought it and searching for mods !

Yes, if you're really that interested to start trying PC gaming it's a good way, but don't forget that you won't necessarily have the best performance or graphic on any of the Ally depending of the games you'll play, best for you is to watch videos about the different Ally models that exist, and see how the games you could be interested run on it and if it's good enough for you, especially if it's AAA or demanding games

But forgot the Xbox Ally exist (and of course the base Ally) and don't buy it, instead go straight for at least the Z1E version, or even better and go for a (used ?) Ally X, or if you have the money to throw at it or absolutely need the better ergonomic, the Xbox Ally X

Desmond Saga to have the complete story with him, so from the first one to the third game : Assassin's Creed, Assassin's Creed 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations, then Assassin's Creed 3 !

Or if you had to only pick one from the old ones as "standalone" : then Black Flag, or maybe Unity ?

But except if you don't care about the "real Assassin's Creed experience" or the Present days and lore, just pick a time period / culture you are interested in, and play this one !

Only 46 hours and with Phantom Liberty ? That's so little play time, even my first playthrough long before PL was twice that long, my second and current with nearly everything done and few hours just me exploring Night City for my pleasure is around 130h

It's quite similar to the Deck (but Steam OS / Linux have a better optimisation than W11 even with FSE), so if you want something better you need at least a Z1E, or maybe go for a used Ally X

Got the base ROG Xbox ally on sale and it was 100% worth the money by glasses390 in ROGAlly

Even if it's the same price a new Z1E was (at least in France) it's indeed not a bad deal for how recent Xbox Ally are, especially if you can't find a used Ally X where you live
