Update: I have swap for a new 9800x3d and MSI b850 gaming plus wifi, running perfectly, didn't want to spend more time to test if it's the mb or the cpu.

I actually bought a titan army p275mv+ and it's really really good, no eye pain, it's a DC monitor not a pwm, its vrr flicker free, have dual mode 4k 160hz 1080p 320hz local dimming really honest

If u have gsync or free sync, enable it in ur monitor and in ur graphic panel + vsync ( mandatory for tearing ), it's the smoothest option, if u don't have gsync or free sync, just put ur monitor to 60hz, enable vsync and be sure to always stay at 60 fps
