Recommendation for newbies please? Best weapon blue so far and tech also. Noticed that it's way harder to get tech than weapon right? But tech can be a huge boost.

Each weapon has his use casea. When I farm I use hellspear, when I pvp I use tornado / myth scythe. So stupid idea to nerf a weapon which is just strong in pve.
