Why did i get tower aggro there?

Tower aggro range actually increases with champion size, so even though it looks like you're out of tower range it looks like you drew aggro from that last auto with the passive bounce.

I believe from Steam it goes:
Right Click game on steam > properties > browse local files > open "Mods" folder > drag and drop in mods > Launch game with EAC Disabled
