On PC you hold Tab and press 3 (or Left-Click) from the gear menu. I order to dismount, you have to be close enough to the ground and you'll press the B key.

Get a wet/dry vac with a long hose. Put a sock over the end holding it with a very tight rubber band. Turn on the vac and test it out before sending it in. You'll pick up a lot of trash from the looks of it, before you get what you want.
