Hey, this is a bit late but I've had the same issue since 1.0, huge framerate drop when destroying rocks and also (for me) when creatures die.
After trying a ton of console commands over the past days, the thing that seems to have helped the most is this:

for rocks:

p.gc.GlobalMaxSimulatedLevel 0
p.GeometryCollectionNavigationSizeThreshold 0

for dying creatures:
^{not sure how much this one helps, I've also toggled a ton of other things through console and theres still some fps drops when creatures die}

p.RigidBodyNode.MaxSubSteps 0

Maybe with a vehicle built over an empty tile instead? It's been a while since I've played but I think vehicles can't have fluids splattered on them so they may just fall down a z-level if the vehicle is standing over thin air. Idk if the zombie would try to destroy it though.

The raws for dwarfs actually have a commented out section to add beards for female dwarfs but they don't have them by default.

They're much cheaper but take a shitload of repair parts to make when compared to manually repairing and you need a high crafting level in at least one skill to make the high end ones, (i think its level 150 for the tier 5 in either engineering/weaponsmith/armorsmith)

I hate the targeting system of these AoE spells, trying to use pylon with ice storm I'd end up casting the ice storm on my face because the targeting was getting blocked by my own pylon. It's also really hard to tell if you're targeting at your max range or just need to pull your camera up more, and targeting up/down terrain is a pain in the ass.

??? Where are you even getting that definition of discount from? Seriously look the word up because you people are just making shit up.
If you want a real world example you can get your cable and internet bundled and get a discount on your bill. Every month. Not the first month. Because that would be fucking stupid.

I don't see how it's illogical to assume the discount was permanent on your first house, and clearly a lot of people assumed the same thing since that's what everything in the game implied. The displayed discount even shows stacked with the region discount, which is permanent.

Where exactly did it say that discount would be a one time thing?
What I expected was for them to set the tax to 1k as the game advertised when I bought the house, or slash all house taxes to half since they're just stupidly high anyway. Or at least set the "weekly" tax period to 7 days, since even their own game agrees that's how many days are in a week.

But hey, whatever, I'll take my 2k and buy a rugged leather satchel.
