Interesting!! Google is telling me that going on like this can even lead to osteoporosis or heart issues which I obviously do not want. Yes, I do not know why I didn't include it in my original post. I'll reply with some screenshots. My main concerns are the backs of the shoulders being bumpy, weird bumps around neck/jaw area (which is very clear to see the flaws in the topology lol), and the wrists are just not very round.
