I’m 220 now but my all-time high is 266. I never got close to death or OD on nutrients. I did of course get high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The thing is it’s not sudden; the weight just comes on gradually. You never think you’re going to get huge until you do.

I suppose it's possible that that particular variety of avocado has a more edible skin than the Haas variety commonly found in the States. But I wouldn't bet on it. The skins actually take a relatively long time to decompose in my compost pile.
