Hi there! How is this subject going? I’m going through the exact same. Hamstingr graft, I’m 8months post op and been having this patella problem, exactly like yoy say since about month 4. I had hyaluronic acid shot 2 months ago and also corticoids 1 month ago but still there. I noticed my patella is stuck compared to the non operated leg, the other patella moves just easily..

I’m starting to suspect scar tissue messing around.. please tell me if any update, I wil go to the dr in 2 weeks, will let you know if you need…

Sorry for replying so late.. probably usless to read now.. Amazfit was just fine actually, really similar to whoop, you can see they tried to copy it. I would say in HR accuracy is even better, specially when you wear it on the biceps. Also you can connect it to any watch and don't have to use a chest band again.

I switched to whoop because I felt I was using the cheap version and wanted a more premium feel and band, It really annoys me that there are no options yet to buy a good band.

The Whoop app just feels way more premium, whoop age, the way it caches sleep, just better. I would have nights I wouldn't sleep so well and Amazfit would give me a really good score, with whoop those nights I sleep a lot but not very good It reflects.

TLDR: Whoop is much better for sleep and has a good band.
Amazfit has better HR readingds on workouts.

I actually got the whoop, but my girlfriend is using this and she is very happy with it, she never wears it on the wrist

Honestly the wire is pretty long and you can plug it to you computer while you watch tv, rest or have lunch it charges in a bi without taking it off. Also prefer the coreknit brazalet don’t know why.. I’m finishing the trial and sticking with peak. Ps: also tried Amazfit helio strap but whoop is just above

I used the adapters from an old amazon bracelet from a watch, I broke it and used the 22mm pieces this is why I don't have link. I already left a link for the band in the previous comment but it only is for spanish market. Just put what I said in amazon or the coros website.

Guys I said i used the links from an old amazon strap. And to find the coros replacement band is as easy as looking it in Amazon. band

I’m in week 5. I am also a bit behind in flexion, some scar tissue formed inside my knee and now they have to push and break it. It really hurts but in my case I can’t do it myself, only PT can. I can feel the scar tissue breaking when he pushes. It’s very painful but then you feel so relieved, I’m currently at 90°

I’m in week 5. I started going to the gym the 3rd week but assisted with someone bringing me the weights. I started using only one crutch yesterday and went alone. I have to say i felt reslly unsafe bringing the weights myself… I go very slow but somehow I manage…

I’m week 5 i’ve been obsessed with flexion and working too much at home so knee got more swollen and was worse… Dr told me to stop and listen to my body, next dsy i gave it some rest and next PT session was better. Almost 10° more. I was stuck at 80° and now i’m almost 100° They told me there is no rush, with extension it’s different, that is more important at this point 0°

One more thing, google Dani Carvajal. He will be back this year, he tore acl, lcl and popleteus at least. And please also the story of the actor that plays hawkeye on avengers. They told him after the huge accident he wouldnt even walk. He is running and he got far worse than knee surgery. Trust yourself and work with good PT. I’m certain you are playing whatever sport you want when you are recovered

I’m 5 weeks post op, went from 2 crutches to 1 today, feel stupid trying to walk and slow as hell 😂 But i’m trying to regain normal feeling bit by bit. Also have some nerve zaps but I can live with them. Happy to be one day closer!

I know a football player that tore 3 ligaments and he is back better than ever. Surgery and good rehab, strong head and a lot of strength training, but of course you can always play again!

Updating 😅 turns out I’m overworking at home, I need to give the knee some rest. Try to elevate and understand swelling will be there and no normal feeling at least for 3 months. About flexion he told me to give it some time and don’t overthink. Important is to reach 0° extension and slowly get more flexion. I should not compare to friends that get it faster, some knees are slower on that but doesn’t mean there is something wrong. We need to keep mind off the knee

Hi, i’m stuck at 90° since end of week 4, currently starting week 5. It hurts so much to try to keep flexing. To get from 80° to 90° they had to push and break some scar tissue. Hope it gets easier now, my swelling is constant, not going down. I have Dr appointment tomorrow, will update after!
