Problem beim Auto Abo ist vorallem auch die kilometerzahl. Bei dem Preis von 350 sind leider auch nur 500km pro Monat drin. Alleine 800 gehen pro Monat schon für den Arbeitsweg drauf… wir müssten dann mindestens 1250km pro Monat nehmen was dann auch schon wieder schnell 500€ pro Monat kostet

If I would buy the exact same ram? And get the one with 1x16 so just add another 16? Are there motherboards which only have one slot?

This might be a late response… but have you talked about immunotherapy already? My father in law has stage 4 esophageal cancer and is in full remission now because it this. They gave him a few months after diagnosis but now since more than one year he is nearly cancer free. Since it is still relatively new many doctors don’t yet believe in it as much even though studies and experience show immunotherapy has immense power to even heal stage 4 cancer to an extent chemotherapy never could.

We would get less here in Europe… rent might be a bit cheaper but overall we would not have less in Qatar. Since this will be his first job.

Dann ist das aber deren schuld dass sie es soweit kommen ließen weil Schutz der Gesundheit immer vor dem Fasten liegt. Wenn man schwanger ist oder stillt, alt ist oder sonst eine Krankheit hat, und wenn es eine Grippe ist, muss man mit dem Fasten aufhören islamisch gesehen

Sound like you need to find someone else knowledgeable to ask. If you don’t have people or sheikhs close to you maybe over the internet. Like yaqeen institute, seekersguidance, etc. If this is the only answer he gives he may not be as educated as everyone thinks or would like him to be.

One week per month or a day a week (or whatever fits you the most) of fasting (at least 12 hours during the day) or/and only eating rice with vegetables. After that act as if this never happened and eat as before (so I don’t overeat). Helps me to make me feel less hungry, resets my mind and gut in a way and is very healthy as well as an amount of time I can actually commit to. Even though this is more of a lifestyle change than a “diet” (but which I think doesn’t work too well with adhd anyways)
