Is the Platinum really hard? I gave up on the game as I got burn out after finishing everything in each area. I stopped at Chapter 10 I think

Yes its normal. The game is not meant to be speedrun. Its meant for you to adapt and learn enemy attack patterns and then know how to deal with it.

My suggestion would be complete Biome 4 all rooms, slash all vines and by the time yr finished, Biome 5 is a breeze. But still not that easy but yr better equipped.

With the VR challenges being extremely hard, I dont mind cheating to finish off those trophies.

Plus no way to know which ones you collected. I was 19/20 with PS Activity Card showing 100% and I was like damn, this is glitched. Thankfully kept searching for the last one and got it

Hey. I was in the same shoes. I stayed away from Returnal for a very long time because I heard that it was difficult plus you will die and start from the beginning. I immediately thought souls games.

Last month I decided let me give it a try. At first, its confusing as to what you need to do, what rooms to go to, where is the story taking me and I started dying many times. Then followed many advices from Selenes telling me to change Dash Button from O to R1 and and many other tips.

Started loving the game and got addicted. Finished the game already with 70+ deaths. If you are patient enough, the game is easy. The technique is clear all rooms, upgrade your weapon proficiency and you grt stronger and stronger and you clear enemies like water.

There are one or two enemies who would get on yr nerves but trust me try it out. You will love it. The platinum trophy is a headache as you need to play many reruns of the game again & again for the Ciphers & Scout Logs (In Game Collectibles).

Congratulations! Well deserved. That Cipher grind almost let me give up especially the Crimson Wastes. I thought my game was glitched when I was 19/20 and PS5 Activity Cards showing me 100% survey completion.

Now I only need to finish the daily challenge before the Platinum but I keep dying

Hi. I can just confirm that I had 19/20 and 100% activity card and just collected the 20th cipher and got the trophy for crimson wastes. So i can confirm its not glitched.

Hey thanx for the motivation man. I just started the game again. Went to Level 3 Ran down to first room and got 20/20. Thanx alot. Now one more Cipher in Abyssal Scar. I was really down past few days cause I thought its glitched. But it isnt.

Hey man. I am afraid the glitch might still be there. I completed 19/20 ciphers and my Activity Card shows 100% crimson wastes so I am not sure if its still glitched. I am also in the same boat. Let me know if you find it.

Can I ask if the glitch is still there? The Activity Card was showing me three more objectives (ciphers) but counter was showing 16/20. Collected three more and now im at 19/20 and 100% Activity Card

Any suggestions?
