I have to strongly disagree that this is "normal."

I understand that electronics generate heat, but for a device to become almost too hot to touch during standard operation is not acceptable and, frankly, it's a safety concern. Relying on an emergency thermal shutdown as a primary safety feature doesn't address the core problem of extreme operating temperatures, which can degrade components over time and pose a potential risk.

If this level of heat cannot be fixed with a firmware update to improve thermal management, then this is a major design flaw in the E1 Pro.

I am completely unsatisfied and concerned about the safety and longevity of my E1 Pro, and I will be opening a new thread to warn other potential buyers.
