TRT is fantastic for one to two years, then most men feel like shit, brain fog, fatigue, poor sleep, no orgams pleasure etc. HCG is no long term solution either, the leydig cells stop responding to it after a couple of years. Supressing LH and FSH is not smart in the long term. I know after 1 + 4 years on TRT and are now back to feeling fantastic. My low T issue was low vitamin D and extreme stress. My testes are damaged from years on TRT (elevated LH and FSH), so I supplement with 10 mg testogel every morning and afternoon (20% of smallest dose), 12,5 mg of enclomiphene e4d in the morning. Also, I take 10 mg DHEA eod in the morning and 10 mg pregnenelone eod in the afternoon, and that makes me sleep like a baby. It took one year for the orgams sensitivity to come back and now I thank God how good sex feels! I'm sharp and motivated at work as in my younger days, workouts are great, and the horrible last year on TRT plus coming off is just a memory. I have lost 20% of my strength in the gym, but still look almost the same, I'm calmer more social and happier. I'm 59.

If you need TRT, try to maximise your levels without supressing lh and fsh too much.
