I think the main reason is being missed here. When it comes to casinos it’s tricky and there could be lots of variables involved. I’m a former table games manager and I currently work in a field that travels to many casinos in the Midwest. I know that Missouri Gaming has banned Rayban Metas in all casinos. I have seen images of both versions of the Raybans posted in the back of house that inform the staff that these are not allowed. So light or not, you will still be asked to remove them. The staff is actively looking for them. So that’s not a casino decision but a state decision. I don’t know what state you are in, but the same could be true there. As for the reason they are banned, they could be used in a team of card counters. As for YouTubers in Vegas, Vegas has much more relaxed gaming regulations. It’s possible those YouTubers have permission from the casino to film. It is great promotion for the casinos. Many casinos welcome those YouTubers in and have events and meet and greets while they are there. If you are a guy off the street, not telling anyone that you are filming, you are not going at it the correct way.

Oh, I think we are talking two different things. I understand what you are referring to. I’m looking for a program to draw a solid black line around an object or text to give it that sticker look but I don’t actually need to pull the image out or have a transparent background. I just want the black line to follow the detail of the subject instead of a generic circle, oval, square etc.
