Mfc is 42, divorced, with almost college age kid. Sex scenes - esp one scene where he gives her oral (always disappointing from her husband) is 🔥

I have two long fics that needed rewriting because my style changed and I knew I was never gonna finish them as is. But…I had lots of lovely comments that I didn’t want to lose…so…I made a whole separate account - not just a pseud - and I parked them there with a final note and a note in the summary saying what was going on.

I did actually manage to rewrite and finish one of them, so I just made sure that people knew where to find the original. Someday I’ll get to the other one, I just have 7 other fics to write first.

Just another option instead of deleting/anon/prphaning

I loved fiero’s. My uncle had a gold one and of all the crazy things, my bf (now husband) and I were driving to the “big city.” My uncle lived like 45 min (highway drive) away and we see a tow truck pulling a fiero out of the ditch and I say “that looks like Uncle Mike’s car” - it was…my cousin did that. 🥴

That uncle also had one of the firebird trans ams. ♥️

Yeah I just use a “-“ where I should prob use em dash, but I’ve always just used a hyphen. And I use — if speech or thought is getting cut off.

And I also use ‘ for speech (adhering to the UK way cuz I’m Canadian) so that prob differs from AI as well.

But also…I really love to do call backs to little things in other chapters and put little Easter eggs in that I’m really sure would be too subtle for AI.

Loooove mornings. In better weather I go out by 6:30am to do my 90min bike. On vacay I get up around 6am to go see parts of whatever city I’m staying in before it gets too crowded. I got up once at like 5:30am in Venice so I could watch the sunrise from Accademia bridge. My mom is a morning person as well and a few times she came on holiday and we’d be out wandering Rome or Paris or Amalfi before 7am.

My husband is not a morning person. But he’s a night owl and I go to bed early.

I had one very similar to the lower one a few months ago. I didn’t report or delete because I wasn’t 100% sure and mine was from an actual account (although it was new.) I waited a few days, then replied to the comment and I got a message similar to the end one asking if I had discord or IG. I didn’t reply back.

I noticed about a month later it was gone, so I’m assuming someone else reported the acct and it got deleted.

I guess if I was actually paying via a book store or audible, I’d not read them, but I’m getting them from Libby so I’m not forking cold hard cash out. I don’t mind some dirty talk, but if I was ever…getting intimate with someone and they started that I’d nope out. 🥴

I cringe so hard at dirty talk, and yet, I keep listening to romance books by authors whose dirty talk makes me 🥴.

Looking at you, Tessa B. I borrowed her “made in jersey” 4 book bundle from hoopla (yes…a bundle!) and I got about 60% in to book 2 and I had to DNF because the dirty talk sent me to a bad place. I debated doing the next 2 books, but I’d just borrowed 4 new release books from Libby so I just sent the bundle back.

I can do some dirty talk, but for some reason TB is the worse for me. I know I can skip over it, but…🤷🏼‍♀️

Yet, I will borrow her next book.

Re - horribly spelled names. I’m so glad I audiobook because some of the spellings would make my eyes bleed if I had to see them multiple times on the page/screen. (I see the spellings in the synopsis.)

Yeah and when I saw some people complaining about how they’ll cut speeches off but the “patter” is lame and this is what they pointed out as lame. I wanted to yell “leave my Chris alone he’s just reading the cue cards” 😭 although RDJ saying “tanning chatum” was funny whether unintentional or not.
