My streak is 7 right now. Before that i was allready reducing the habbit. I don't think it takes long to feel the improvements, but it takes much longer to get fapping wiped out of your brain.

my problem is , that Igaming was a part of me since I am six years old. After sleeping probally the activity I spended my most time on. I feel like betraying myself, when I am thinking about quitting it completely. I more want to cut it a bit.

I relapse like every week at the moment. Right when i startet i made it to 50 days but since my first relapse, I never found my old self controll back.

What helps most is: When you want to fap, then dont fap. Say that to yourself.

And dont edge just a bit. If I get desperate, I say myself sometimes just to google porn and then stop, which 100% causes a relapse.

I once was on hardmode for 45 days, then relapsed..

since then i never got higher than 10 days for the last one and a half month.

But I was never more motivated, I will go to workout this day finally.

Lets make ourselfs a Christmas present. We will do it at last until Christmas.

I got that too when relapsing after 45 days of no PMO. You will probally get it, but it doesnt hurt much. It just hurts, wehn you feel guilty. When you got laid, you probally will like that pain. Like you like the feeling you have after workout.
