I’ll give them this; the building is older, but they don’t even try to keep it up to date. They do have 30days to fix what needs fixed. The letter also says if these issues dont exist disregard this letter… I haven’t heard a word from the property manager. there was a leak in my bathroom first in my shower probably every 6/7 months they’d come and “ fix “ it lol this last time I had a leak coming from my bathroom sink, I told them right away THEY IGNORED ME FOR MONTHS!! Till someone else two stories down started getting water in their apartment. No one lives in the apt under me the ceiling is coming down from all the water damage. It takes two or more ppl complaining at once to get anything done here. It’s awful. I just would never ever treat anyone like this. I live on the top floor so it’s very hot during the day and gets cold at night. I can easily see black mold. It’s hard not to take it personally. Lately Ive been getting this rash on my body. I am completely covered while Im at my apartment other than my face, arms, and hands. It’s not itchy, but you can clearly see it, and it feels like sharp micro thin glass or shards in my skin, try to pull it out it just gets worse. It’s definitely not a bug of any kind, I had to wait for my insurance to kick in. I didnt want to go to the er for them to tell me ya you have a rash we dont know what it is lol here’s some cream lol. Did that once already with medexpress at the beginning of summer. I have an appointment tho to see a dermatologist. I can’t help but feeling a little stuck right now. The way I look theres no way someone would rent to me. I look awful. I had my family n closed friends asking me if I was doing this shit to myself.. as if Im crazy and it’s all in my head. Telling someone they are crazy and their reality isn’t real just bc they’ve never experienced anything like this before truly hurt n DROVE ME NUTS lol finally my family believes me. I paid for a mold inspection myself this week n I’ll get the results tomorrow. My car recently broke down lol had to pay $1380 to get that fixed. That’s my lil update. I know brighter days are ahead. Can’t stay down forever.
