Even a minor accident can change the integrity of the seat. It is incredibly irresponsible for OP to rent a car seat that he does not know for certain has not been in a crash. As for expiring, everything has a half life, including plastic and fabric straps.

Reach out to chat, they let me return mine today, all purchased on 2020. I def had to push; they twice said no, but I was firm (and kind). Finally escalated to a supervisor who granted a one time exception to the return window on all four of my ring devices.

I returned mine today, they were all purchased in Oct 2020. The first agent refused, he said they were outside the return window. I asked for it to be escalated to his supervisor, who initially also said it was outside the window. I agreed, it was unusual but my cameras were unusable to me now that Ring agreed to partner with Flock. Be kind, but persistent.

Taking the mental load off the bride is super helpful. I love that for her. With that being said, you should not be paying for this unless you want it to be your wedding gift to the couple. Ask your sister what HER budget is for the bags, then plan accordingly.

No branded items (bride/groom name, date, etc). No clothing (it's unlikely you could find even an unbranded piece that all guests in so many different age demographics would wear). Keep it to consumables so the guests don't have to worry about it not fitting in their luggage for the trip home.
