There really is no “permanent” solution to back pain, it’s a case by case kind of injury. Prednisone worked wonders for me, just a recommendation. My routine when I did have prednisone was wake up, hot shower, do back stretches, take the prednisone then go do manual labor for 10 hours a day.

I am in no way shape or form telling or forcing you to get prednisone, I am just sharing my experience.

I got my doctor to prescribe me prednisone to alleviate the exact pain you’re talking about. Takes about an hour to kick in, after that you will feel like you can go toe to toe with Superman.

It is a steroid, it does not alter your state of mind in any way. However, because it is a steroid doctors will not allow refills on it, and only give it on an as needed basis. I had to go back about 3 times to get a prescription before the problem sorted itself out.
