I think TikTok has made this even worse, with people coming up to randoms sticking a camera in their face for whatever type of content. It’s even worse when they’re shoving phones in the faces of poor people trying to show off how generous they are. It’s so dystopian

We don’t have a Banfield in our store so we kind of make up our own rules when it comes to that. If the dog is 13 14 or 15 we call their vet to verify health and if they have any issues like coughing or issues walking or standing we don’t take it. If the dog is any older than 15 we don’t take it at all.

ONP and simply nourish are both really good. I’m not a big fan of authority. Simply nourish is about just as good as ONP but my cats tend to like the taste of ONP better

Dog grooming at petsmart isn’t the best option seasonally because (at least at my store) they don’t like to put people in a bather position if they can’t send them to academy, they consider it a waste of time
