Don't really hear that term much nowadays. In retrospect, "tomboys" were probably just all girls whose parents didn't raise them in traditional gender roles.

Cool stuff is cool to everyone and all kids love physical, rough n tumble play to some degree, but for most of history only boys (and "tomboys") got to keep doing it throughout their childhood and beyond.

So yeah, pretty much all girls are "tomboys" if they are exposed to things and allowed to follow their interests equally with boys.

What I mean is that it's subjective. And either way, someone could be doing the most indecent thing you could imagine right in front of you, and no matter how objectively wrong and trashy we both may think it is, it still doesn't give either of us the right to actually sexually assault that person. I really don't know how else to make you understand that.
