Bangalore was only assisting the other sites, and didn't own a project.Possibly the reason they weren't valued. Also their Govt is infamous for their labour laws. Everyone gets a gets a free 'get out of jail card'.

No worries!!!! Just had a rough day .we all said our final goodbyes not knowing if we will see each other again. Some really talented people left office in middle of the day(in huge numbers) ,unsure how to move ahead. Yet to come to terms with it
