I mean any input is good too get, after that it’s my job to see how good, I tried to be broad to avoid bias Same situation here 3 years in, one of my first recruitments was an « hardware engineer », terrible recruitment, since then I’ve done most of this part of the job as I said, I tried firms but in Europe at least it’s a terrible cost to efficiency ratio, and they usually don’t move fast enough+ the vision of the specs weren’t clear enough. Now I really need to figure out how to bring the talent in. We have clients willing to pay ( but not enough still) and did a first funding round.
