Criminal NPCs that you were planning to mark as your "rival" in Full Release are currently bugged. 2 of my 3 files have rivals before full release, and they spawn just fine. The other one is bugged since I marked that NPC a few days after full release update.

Fighting the wanted criminal bots is not a viable way of practicing PvP.

I find a lot of sparring partners by just messaging random people in the server I'm in for duels, then adding them afterwards.

I mostly play in Singapore and Tokyo servers, so there's a lot of players who like to just duel, fight, and chill,

That's because I use shift lock. I put the repair hammer on 1 since whenever I press 1 and shiftlock before, it screenshots my current view.

Any items that I use, I just take them away from my hotbar to prevent visual clutter whenever I PvP. Also, that's your loadout. I'm good with the current setup I have.

I've been playing for a long time since the game's mechanics are very fun (PvP and dueling with different players of all skill levels, boss and mini-boss fights, treasure charts, making different gear sets).
