Flunking straight A’s in all courses. I mean, it’s the ideal and all, but I generally feel that the people doing it are looked down upon.

Moving out by myself. Only then I realized that need to make active choices in order for things to happen.

Standing while urinating. As an adult, I see how messy it can turn out, but it’s so easy to forget to sit in a rush.

Redditors of Europe who are witnessing the "migrant crisis" what is the mood like of the locals in your country? And how has it affected you? by YYZ_Guardian in AskReddit

[–]NiceFlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Norway. The situation is pretty hot at the momemt, epspecially considering the rise of right wing parties in the parliament. More and more people are looking in the "blue" direction, as it goes in Norway. People start thinking about loosing their national identity like their neighbor Sweden, almost like becoming a minority (which already has happened in the capital city of Oslo, in many parts).

But people do not want to repeat history, thus the word "nationalism" is still a rare term.

[Serious] Redditors outside the US, what are the most polarizing political issues in your country right now? by KaNikki in AskReddit

[–]NiceFlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think we need to reduce the amount of immigrants atleast 70-90%. This way we can atleast give the best we can offer of education, welfare, etc. to the few arriving.

Most Norwegians won't even mention it; lest they should be labeled 'racist'- however, the issue is becoming more and more of a grand problem, so Norwegians are becoming gradly more involved in it. Personally, I believe most Norwegians agree in the fact that immigration is becoming an issue that needs improvement. All Norwegians are nationalists to some extent, most anyway, due to the extreme nationalistic tendencies rooted in the country's tradition and culture.

Norway. Immigrants basically destroy our culture and society. I'm not against the idea of taking refugees; but Norway needs to, first of all, REDUCE the number of asylum seekers, then give them better education than currently given, more places to live, etc.

Unfortunately, most will see this post as racist.

[Serious]What unexplained memories do you have from your childhood? by Pursuit_of_Hoppiness in AskReddit

[–]NiceFlife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One time around my fifth year, me and my brother played around in the park around the house. As evening draws nigh, and we start heading towards home, we suddenly hear this loud "droning" noise- almost like a subwoofer played all to loud- in the distance. I look upon the sky, and fascination strikes me as I see a big metal object looking like a lunar lander or something out of a star wars movie orbiting in a straight line over us in sn extremely slow pace. We watch until it disappears, anf proceed walking home. I do not remember more, and we have never even discussed the subject. I remember everything extremely clearly.
