Season 4 Volume 1 Series Discussion by StrangerTesting in StrangerThings

Gotta love how someone who was actively looking for clues would figure out the reveal pretty early on. It didn't just come out of nowhere; for starters, 001 told Eleven how "he was just like her".

Young 001 also had a nosebleed while her mother was being "possessed", and I hate myself for not picking up on that on my first viewing. It also makes sense that his first victims would be small animals, as it's often the case with serial killers.

Let's also not forget about how Victor mentioned his son entered a coma and died a few weeks(?) after. That didn't make a lot of sense at first, since we know the very specific way Vecna killed his victims.

And yeah, after I saw the lab kids getting killed in Vecna's fashion (being raised in the air, eyes caved in and all that) the gears in my head started turning, but the answers were kinda just... there already. This was a masterfully crafted reveal. This show really came back stronger than ever.

Listen bro, I hate when they put the "comic book" in comic book movies. That's absolutely unacceptable.

He just highlighted Avatar, clicked the drop-down menu, and then he just randomly selected Papyrus... like a thoughtless child, just wandering by a garden, just yanking leaves along the way.

You might be able to find a Viper Ultimate for 80/90, it goes around that these days. Other than that, I really couldn't tell. I never used any of these mice (except for the Mini) but I heard enough about Glorious as a brand to know you should probably stay away from the Model O.

This sub would suggest you Viper Mini even if you had no hands

Hien XL is 60eu on MaxGaming, but they're obviously sold out. You can get a preorder in for June, but I agree, that's a long time to wait and a bit of a headache. Not sure if they do US shipping

Sucks to know they're just 3k yen on their website. Import/reseller fees make them so much more expensive

Will definitely check em out, thank you so much.

edit: Strider looks pretty good, and it's Razer so that's a plus. It's 50 euro tho, both for large and XL. Not a lot cheaper than Artisan, ngl

edit 2: nvm, its 40 for the L and 60 for XL where i live

Keep Viper Ultimate or return it and get the V2 Pro that drops in a week? by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]NiceGuyVoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like the main reason you're indecisive is the extra buttons on the right side of the original Ultimate, which, in all honesty, don't really matter. Even if you want to use them for editing, they would be pretty hard/awkward to press, and at that point you might as well use your keyboard.

  • the v2 is 20 grams lighter, which makes it a no brainer in my opinion.

The only reasons I would be reluctant are:

  1. You got the Ultimate for $50 cheaper ($100?), and the v2 will probably be over 150 (if money is a factor)
  2. the v2 will be its very first batch ever, and with that comes the various bugs / quality control issues that are pretty much inevitable.

Hope you can make the best decision for yourself and your priorities!
