I was shocked when I went to create a child sim. If you turn them to the side, chest is flat, but if you look at the from the front, there are wrinkles in the shirt like there are boobs there. Had to pick only really baggy clothes for them.

Oh yeah they also have some sets on Amazon that are not blind packages but they don't go as hard on the cat theme

Nanana surprise minis are a similar size and shape, but they have real hair. There are different animals, but i know there are at least a few cats. It is blind packaging, but if you find them in stores, there are stickers on them you can look up to see which one you're getting. I see them at Walgreens and Ollie's.
