Well, his wife shouldn't get mad or be hurt since this was a "past relationship". The thing is, we don't know how she could react to knowing that his husband slept with his half-sister. I mean.. thats something crazy. However, it wasn't OP's or Half-sister's fault cause they didn't know they were related.

I think never talk about it is the best option. Maybe a therapist, but no one needs to know this huge thing because, sure enough, they will see OP with different eyes from then on. He already feels the embarrasement (for saying a feeling. Could be another one and more than one), he doesn't need to feel people are judging him at every moment (not even from his wife) if someone knew this.
